Once you've started your meeting, you can share it with anyone!
Share an Editable Version
All you need to do is click 'Share' at the top right hand corner of your screen and select the appropriate team members!
Members will be able to view your transcript and notes, tick off action items and add their own notes in sync to the conversation!
However, team members with access to a meeting can also delete them, so it's important to be careful!
Share a View-Only Version
If you're sharing your meeting with a non-user, all you need to do is click on 'Share' and activate the shareable link. Anyone with this link will be able to access a view-only version of your meeting. Please note that if you turn off the shareable link, the other party will no longer be able to view that meeting.
Share or Export to your CRM
If you're trying to share a curated version of your meeting (i.e. just the transcript or just the notes), you can export your audio or the full meeting data by following these steps!
