If you've got a conference call, it's very simple to get Notes in on the call too.

All you need to do is ensure that you call at least one of the people on your conference call through Notes and then you can add additional participants from your phone.

All the audio will be recorded, meeting minutes generated and you can type your notes against the conversation as it's happening!

When you hang up, Notes will leave the call as a participant would and send your meeting off to be processed.

If you have an existing teleconferencing system, Notes can integrate with a dial-in number and guest code! If you have another set-up, email us at [email protected] to find out how we can help!

Did you know:
You can take notes against a live meeting or phone call. When your meeting starts or your call is connected, a live meeting record is created in Notiv. Simply click on the live meeting in your web browser or mobile phone and start taking notes or pinning important moments!
