Once you upload a recording, take a meeting or capture a conversation with the Notiv app, you should be able to view your meeting at www.notiv.com and listen to the recording. We will also email you once the meeting has been finalized.
If however, you experience a delay in this process or believe that Notiv is taking too long to process your meeting, there could be several reasons.
- Your meeting was too short
Generally, we recommend that you take a meeting that's at least 5 seconds long. If your meeting recordings are failing, try a longer meeting.
- Your uploaded file was in an unsupported format
Adding support for an unsupported format can occur from time to time. If this happens to you, contact us at [email protected] or contact us via the chat bubble in the bottom left! We'll sort out the issue for you in a jiffy!
- Your Notiv App was interrupted while uploading
Several things can interrupt the Notiv App, including disrupting your internet connection. For the best results, we recommend uploading your conversation on a stable wifi connection.
