After your meetings, the Notes integration with Slack makes it as easy as 1, 2, 3 for you to quickly share key Action Items, Decisions and Notes with the rest of your team by posting them to a designated channel in your Slack workspace.

Step 1: Install the Notes integration into your Slack workspace.

Go to Integrations under your Team settings in Notes, click Install and respond to the prompts to confirm the connection of Notes to your Slack workspace.

Once you have completed the install, you should see the connected Slack workspace in the Integrations setting.

Step 2: Share Actions and Highlights to Slack

To push a particular Action Item, Decision, or Highlight into the Slack channel, click on the left menu on that item in the Notes Meeting Page, and select Share to Slack.

You can now select the Slack channel and add a message.

Step 3: View the Post in Slack

A post will appear in the designated Slack channel noting the user that shared it along with a brief transcript and audio snippet. The post also includes a handy link back to Notes so other team members can quickly jump to the relevant part of the meeting to get further context.

Step 4: Invite Notes to a Zoom call directly from Slack

You can also use the /notiv command to invite Notes to your Zoom calls

/notiv {meeting-link}

The {meeting-link} is the Zoom Invite Link.
