Notiv has integrated with to allow easy meeting scheduling directly to your Notiv account. Within your account you can also setup Notiv recording and transcription for any of your meeting templates.

How do I add Notiv Notetaker to an meeting template?

To automatically record & transcribe your meetings scheduled by, head to the Record & Transcribe integrations page on and select Notiv from the drop-down menu, and hit 'Save'.

Next open up one of your meeting templates that you want to always have Notiv Notetaker record and toggle on "Use Notiv to recording and transcribe my meetings" under the Record & Transcribe options.
