Installing Notes for Asana
In order to install Notes for Asana you can navigate to your integration settings (Settings > Integrations) and click Install Asana.
You will then be prompted to authenticate against your Asana account.

Click Share to Asana
Add task details then click Create to create a task in Asana
Uninstall Notes for Asana
Login to your Account account and navigate to My Profile Settings.
Click Apps
Under Authorized Apps click Deauthorize next to Notes
